In the end, there was 1 piece missing from the Tram puzzle and very much to my annoyance. However, I have since completed 3 x 1,000, as well as 2 x 500 and since purchased three more.

Mikkel,
Wonderful hobby which brings a lot of satisfaction upon completion. You've peaked my interest and I might just go out and see whats available at the hobby shop in town. I've not done one in many many years, but it would be fun to try again.

I am now in the process of doing a 500 piece one for a change. I do have a folding case to do them in, but waiting to get a frame for the one I have in it, as I am going to hang it in our living room.

After a little determination, I finished the 500 one this afternoon and yes it was a Steam train, but one I waited some 33 years and just to travel behind last year, and GWR's City Of Truro.

So sorry for the delay Kedigato, but here you are. By the way, I have recently also completed my first attempt at a Wasgij.

Oh I do like that picture mikkel, looks too neat to be an actual photo, I suspect the jigsaw is from a painting? Also, what is a Wasgij ?

That's nice, but it looks like it was very fiddly with all the leaves and clouds of smoke.
I'd never heard of a Wasgij either, DAG, so I googled it. Goodness! that is a challange! - and you have already done one, Mikkel? Please let us see it. How many pieces does it have and how long did it take you to work it out?

The 'City Of Truro' jigsaw, was actually taken from a photograph, while the Wasgij, is actually jigsaw spelt backwards and they can consist of what people on the box are actually seeing, or, then and now, as of the seaside one below. It took me about three days to complete this one, because I am one who when starting a jigsaw, or even wasgij, I can't leave them alone until they are done. Re 'City Of Truro' puzzle, I saw this loco in Swindon back in 1976, then waited until 2009 to actually get to see it not only in steam, but to also head a train I had Pleasure in travelling on when visiting the North Norfolk Railway.

Well, that must have been a difficult one if you say that you almost gave up on several occasions, Mikkel! It does look extremely finniky. Well done!
