Superb cakes. Works of art. Although they are all wonderful - I just love the red roses....just love that one. Lisa on KCAA would love that as she has a thing about red roses

Oh Phil not only do you have greenfingers from your allotment but you must have been born with icing under your finger nails! Your cakes are so very lovely, I have to admit I have always wanted to have a go at sugar craft but never found the courage to give it a go maybe I will try.Hel.xxx.

I have made my own Xmas Cake a family recipe still to ice and made own xmas pies recipe from GC but have added chopped cranberries and sherry to mincemeat.And cranberries in my cake.
Other than that I cant make cakes the odd fruit loaf etc.
It is a gift to be able to do these .

I've said it before and I'll say it again, what a shame to cut into these lovely cakes, each and every one of them a masterpiece. But that is the only way to get at the delicious cake itself.
I'm so glad you take photos and share them with us, we can go back every time to enjoy them again.
