Right click the image scroll to properties in the drop down box that appears highlight and copy the address next to the word location press the image icon this one = then paste the address you copied between these img][/img] and hey presto

Its hard to know if it is the underside of something - if it has working parts or is it static. There is a grain to the background which looks like wood but could be grainy material - the tubular parts seem to have the longer piece lodged into them - there are half tubes in gold and full tubes in silver. They look solid rather than hollow, although there is a dent or chip in one, so perhaps they are hollow. They look a little like pencils. Now with all that info, I am flummoxed - so, I will have to wait until you spill the beans I guess.
