I was so annoyed - just as I switched the video off, the driver got out to empty the smaller bin into the just-emptied giant one. We didn't know that the driver does this, would like to have shown Peter this bit. It all went so quickly, that by the time the camera was back on and in action, it was too late.

Isn't it funny how tastes change, at one time the old motorbike would have been very much in fashion, now most people would think it looks so out of date. The old bumper cars bring back many happy memories of nights spent at the local fairs Alfie

Yes, but some of these old-fashioned vehicles have a special charm of their own, don't they? Guess that's why they are collectors items. Those spoke wheels remind me of the Jag Dad used to have back in the early '60's. It was lovely with it's real leather seats and spoke wheels, and I can well remember cleaning them with a bottle brush. This was the car he took me out in to teach me to drive, he obviously wasn't in his right mind at the time and I was petrified. First of all me sitting behind the wheel in his beloved car and him next to me (SWEAT!!!!), so I only looked at the leaping jaguar on the hood and tried to keep it aligned to keep us in the middle of the lane. I can't remember being taken out a second time, but at least I didn't put a scratch on it.

I love seeing them as well and how lovingly they have been cared for. It's not only the outsides, the insides are just as pristine.

Like the bike as well and have often fancied one like that myself. Noticed the lack of wheels on the last one as well Dag ....... Perhaps it's a such ;D ;D Alfie

Well, of course it is a such, guys! Anyway, there is no thread for ships, boats, canoes, etc, so it I put it in here. Should we perhaps have a separate thread? - but I doubt that we'd have enough to make it worthwhile, or would we?

;D I think 'Such' should cover ships and everything else and leave it at that!
