We went to a small antique car and motorbike show after Sunday brunch and I saw and fell in love with this old Harley Davidson 3-wheeler, even though I am not a motorbike fan. I spoke to the owner, a motorbike collector, and he said he found it in a barn, almost half buried in muck. It was the first three-wheel motor bike that Harley Davidson ever made and the next one wasn't made until last year. This one was formally used by the police and fire department. Note the comfy seat with built-in shock absorbers - There was even a tow bar on it and this was used to bring it to the show.

Just now notice that I didn't post a pic of the sign up properly - it is a 1949 model and called a Servi Car.

Yes thanks for sharing, lovely car in a lovely condition, I do like those old American cars from that period, just a nostalgic thing I think.
Somewhere, but can't remember where, kedi posted up some cars and vans from that period and earlier here on Mother Earth which may also be of interest.

Great pics, Robert. It seems to be in excellent condition as well, must be someones special pet. Collectors do spend no end of time and TLC on them. This is the thread that DAG mentioned - naturalworld.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=scene&action=display&thread=2760&page=1 - I took the pics but DAG very kindly uploaded them all for me and presented them here on ME. BTW, we visited a Classic Car Museum last week and I took lots of pics again. Unfortunately, I've had no time to even look at them properly so it will be a while before you all can view them.

We have giant garbage cans and they are emptied twice a week. There is only one man in the truck who drives and operates the pick-up arm. I got a short clip of a neighbour's bin being emptied.
