I seriously doubt that I will find any such nice ones in Germany. The few American mailboxes that I have seen there are plain.
While in a hardware store, I saw that you could buy covers, with all sorts of pictures, to stick on plain mailboxes.

Glad you enjoyed looking at them. I know I didn't get back to photograph some that were either on the wrong side of the road or we couldn't stop and no telling how many others there were that I never found. I had lots of fun getting these and it appears that anything goes as this last one prooves. I am now wondering if up in Alaska they have igloo ones?
