Keddi, I have the pink and white water lillies when they flower.
I make up my own hanging baskets and my neighbours, altogether 12 baskets a year.

Next week I will be putting a wedding pic on , just working on it at the moment.

Tamarine.... a wonderful garden! All your hard work is evident and you deserve every minute spent relaxing in your little bit of paradise.
I've never planted allium before...never really seen it around my parts. I'll have to try and find it!
The flowering clematis it simply lovely.
...Lol... allotment is a new term for me. Not one we use in the US to refer to a garden unless it is a community garden perhaps. We do have several community gardens where individuals have their specific patch. Our community gardens are usually found adjacent or within a community park.
....Your pond is lovely and I enjoyed seeing it with the rest of the yard.

Thank you Jeannerene,Yes it was hard work first getting the garden sorted out . It had taken me just two years to get all the plants in. First of all I drew a plan I thought i will start from below scratch. The garden was a mess to say the least. Now it looks like a well established garden. Its been back breaking at times.
Allotment is a community plot. We have 9 acres pf land divided into about 60 plots. My brother, my neighbour and myself hve 3 plots between us close together ,we work on it as a team. Today I took 12 courgettes for my neighbour from our plots. I try to share our produce with my elderly neighbours too.

Lovely, Tamarine.
We never had any luck with our cherry tree, the birds were always quicker than us and the tree was too big to be netted over. We cut it down in the end.

Oh, how lovely and for the second time too! I remember you posted a pic when it bloomed last year too. You must have a green thumb with it, Tamarine.
It looks extremely exotic. Do you take the bulb indoors during the winter? I think it looks like you have it in the area next to your pond, is it?
How long does the bloom last?
Beautiful, Tamarine, and thanks for sharing.

This was last year's pic this year there was so much foliage around the flower I could not take it. The flower is near the banana trees which is away from the pond. I had half the allotment folk come to view it and their faces when they saw my banana trees and other exotics in the garden. One guy said my garden looks like some where to sit and relax.

Hi Tamarine, lovely to see you again! Your Clematis is a real show, I just love these little bell-type ones, they remind me of Tinkerbell's dress. If only half of those pear flowers bear fruit, you'll be well off. And to think you have 4 of them! Sorry, can't help you with the name of your unknown beauty, but it does seem rather familiar.
