2 tins tuna 2 eggs
- mash tuna up in a bowl and add beaten eggs
garlic salt ) curry powder ) all to taste salt & pepper )
1 tin corn
- mix in carefully so it doesn't get mushed
- add enough breadcrumbs until mixture is slightly firm
- put in a greased casserole dish and press down lightly, then sprinkle a little more breadcrumbs and curry powder on top
- put covered casserole in pre-heated oven and bake for 25 minutes at 175°C
- remove lid and bake for another 10 - 15 minutes
- serve with a crusty loaf
Tastes good both hot and cold. Freezes well too. A nice addition to a party buffet.
TIP: substitute garden peas for the corn
