These go well with the Dill Carrots
Several smallish potatoes
Butter
1 - 2 Garlic
Sunflower seeds (optional)
Scrub potatoes and cut in half with skin on
Lay some foil in a baking tray
crush garlic and add to enough enough butter to line the tray then melt the butter and garlic
Pour the butter and garlic over the foil making sure its all covered
Sprinkles some sunflower seeds (optional)
Lay the potatoes open side down
Cook on high for 30-40 mins until underneath is crisp

Hmm I love lamb. Husband is a veggie - so we eat mostly veggie and I have plenty of veggie recipe's that could get me to even be a veggie
