Llamas

There was a small herd of llamas across the road from our hotel in Bodensdorf in the Austrian Alps last week.















There was even an albino one -





- and look at his ice-blue eye!







I spoke to the farmer who owned them and he told me that when he was seriously ill, he was advised to get llamas. It appears that they are very soothing and can be compared to dolphins who help ill people (usually children). He swore that since having them, he got well and now wouldn't be without them!!!

We live about 10 min from these farms here in Langley and abbotsford there are many farms and salt spring Island is famous for these farms. they bring LLamas into the schools here for the lkids and also the seniors residences. andthis is a precious one.She is the Matriarch
