Warm the left-over noodles or cut-up spaghetti up in a frying pan with a little oil or butter.
Beat eggs like you would do for scrambled eggs, adding salt & pepper and whatever other seasonings you fancy. A bit of chopped parsley or chives gives added flavour and a nice touch of colour.
Add to noodles and stir constantly until the eggs are set.
Serve alone or with sausages, frankfurters, grilled tomatoes or whatever you have to hand.

Ooh that's great KG...I always struggle with my portion control so always cook far too much spaghetti, now I can use it up rather than feeding my Bokashi with it
