rice noodles flat parsley - chopped radishes - sliced garlic - crushed (optional) salt & pepper to taste
- cook rice noodles until done but not mushy, then drain
- add the chopped parsley & sliced radishes, and garlic if used
- season to taste
- toss well and chill slightly
This is a quick and easy salad to make and it goes with frankfurters, meat balls, etc, and is a great addition to a party buffet.
