Takes 3 - 4 weeks to mature
1 liter brandy or Dutch Jenever 40 coffee beans 1 1/2 cinnamon sticks 1 1/2 vanilla pods 1 star anis 300 g sugar 2 oranges, washed
- put all the ingredients into a preserving jar, still well & close jar
- put in a dark place (cellar) - NOT in the fridge
- stir every 4 - 5 days and after 3 - 4 weeks it is ready
- pour through a sieve and serve with orange zest or star anis for decoration
