Chutney Chicken ...Recipe from Chat Magazine 1. Cut 4 skinless chicken breasts into strips. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes until cooked through and lightly browned. 2. Reduce the heat, add 1tsp curry powder, and cook for 1 minute, then add 100g Philadelphia Light cheese or similar, 2tbsp milk and 1tbsp mango chutney. Stir until the Philly melts and forms a creamy sauce, and is warmed all the way through. 3. Serve with rice and cooked broccoli. We have found it so good that we made it with vegetables instead of chicken and will also try it with fish as well.
