My first early Anenome came into bloom ... fortunately before the high winds and storms took away all it's petals ... this is a 'St Brigid' the double variety ...  Yes, it's the flower I painted for my friend Kay for her 50th last year. |

You captured the beauty of the anenome really well, Sis, with the sun shining on most of it but some parts in the shade.  I just love them, all sorts, but they do not even like me as they all refuse to grow in our garden, try as i have done several times. |
