My first early Anenome came into bloom ... fortunately before the high winds and storms took away all it's petals ... this is a 'St Brigid' the double variety ... Yes, it's the flower I painted for my friend Kay for her 50th last year.

You captured the beauty of the anenome really well, Sis, with the sun shining on most of it but some parts in the shade. I just love them, all sorts, but they do not even like me as they all refuse to grow in our garden, try as i have done several times.
