.... in a herb & blue cheese sauce. I was using up all the bits at home in Germany before coming over here to Florida and I had left-over carrots, butternut squash, broccoli and potatoes. I made up a white sauce and added the spreadable herb cheese and some of the good blue cheese. It was the first time that I had used blue cheese in a sauce but it was so good that I'd do it again.
