This is it.. Sundried Tomato Bread
Sundried tomato bread
375g strong white flour 1 sachet dried yeast 2tsp sugar 1tsp salt 40g slighly warmed butter 125ml warm milk 125ml warmed water 10-15 sun dried toms chopped into pieces 3-4tbsp sundried tomato paste
Oven to 190/170 Fan/gas 5 In a bowl combine the flour, tomato pieces, yeast, and sugar. Stir in the salt, butter, milk and water (add the liquid in 3 stages as you may not need it all). Bring together in a dough and knead until its smooth and elastic. Put dough back in bowl, cover, leave in warm for about 1 hour or double the size. Butter the loaf tin. Kneed dough again for a minute and divide into eight pieces. Place the first ball into the tin, spread one side of the second ball thickly with some tomato paste and place it in the tin with the tomatoey side touching the first ball. Continue with the rest of the dough balls covering the joining sides with tomato paste. Cover and leave to stand for 20Mins
Brush the top with a little milk and bake for 45 Mins. Serve inslices and tear n share.. most important is to enjoy. Robert Recipe orignates from Lurpak

Sounds delicious, Robert. I have all but the sun-dried tomato paste in the house, must look for it next time at the supermarket. If I can't find it, then I'll use the regular tomato paste. for posting.
