I didn't know what a Frangipani Pie was, I had to google it. Sounds rather nice, but so many of them, Robert? Can you / did you freeze them?
I'd like to try it, but can't see me making it myself. Whenever I've bought dessicated coconut, it lays in the pantry until it goes rancid.

I think home made biscuits/cookies always look more tasty than something that was made by machine and came out of a packet. Very nice Robert!

Look delicious, Robert. Unfortunately, no time for baking for me this week.

Cherry pie and icecream is my favourite Robert and it looks wonderful! I have one last jar of preserved cherry plums left, I think I shall have to do something about that very shortly! ;D I am very full at the moment as we bought fresh (guaranteed not frozen) mackerel from Morrison's that were large and prepared with lemon and herb stuffing and they were wonderful. Arney pan fried them and also cooked cherry tomatoes, courgette and new potatoes in the George Foreman grill and it was great!

Strange how words bring back flash memories. It was Mackeral for me. When I was a lad we had a family holiday in St Brides Bay on the welsh coast. Dad spent one day out fishing and came back with bucket loads of them. Breakfast, dinner and tea.

I'll have a nice slice of the black cherry pie with ice cream, please, Robert. That is, if you and Gloria haven't eaten it all up by now. You all can have my share of the mackeral, that is one of the fish that I hate.

Mmmhhhhhh, looks delicious, Robert! May we have the recipe for it, please and thank you. Did you do it in a pan or just shape it by hand?

But I can tell you it was shaped and baked in a 10x12 baking tray. and slightly warmed cut with a fried egg in the middle, its a treat.
