That looks delicious, although, not being a great salmon fan, I'm not sure that I'd like the combination of fish and cheese. I'd probably eat all the topping, just love things like that.
Since Peter likes salmon, I'll very likely try it out. Have you made it yet?

We think that Fish and cheese go well together, just use what fish you prefer.
No, we have not tried it yet but watch this space!
I still haven't finished putting the printable link up yet, will do that later. Edit: Done!

Just tried this recipe and we really like it.........very light and probably no too bad on the calories as it don't have a heavy white sauce inside.
I cooked it at (fan oven) 180 for 30 mins. then added a sprinkling of Parmesan cheese over the top and did it for another 5 minutes and served it with green beans and new potatoes. We shall have the other half tomorrow but will serve it with grilled tomatoes and new potatoes which we think would be more suitable.
I think there is plenty of scope to adapt this recipe to suit your own taste. Also that topping was excellent and will use that for other recipes.

Fish and cheese make a good combo and a happy mouth. May have to give this recipe a try.
