This sounds delicious and just the thing for on a hot day.
Orange Mint Tea
* 4 family sized tea bags * 6 cups boiling water * 30 mint leaves * 8 cups cold water * 2 cups pulp free orange juice * 1 cup lemon juice (about 6 lemons) * 2 cups sugar
Steep tea bags and mint in 6 cups of boiling water. Let this brew for about 30 minutes.
When sufficiently brewed, removed the teabags and strain the liquid into a large pitcher.
Stir in the sugar until it dissolves.
Now add 8 cups of cold water, orange juice and lemon juice.
Serve over ice with sprigs of mint and lemon wedges as a garnish.

For us as well, but I only made a small amount, about one third. My sis-in-law was here, and all three of us liked it, in spite of the fact that I didn't have any really cold water. Must get some ice made. Oh, and I didn't use as much sugar.
