Just had a peek at it Robert and I think you should continue with it and already you have plenty on there that is worthwhile, and I mean that sincerely! I like the over layout, I take it that it is a ready made template and seems to work well. Watching the videos, I now know what you sound like and I have learned how to make a paper pot! ;D I never realised that a Chinook helicopter could do a wheelie like that and even a reverse one at that, must have taken a lot of skill! Also the audience in the Killer Whale video, judging by the way a lot of people moved back so quickly, they didn't realise just how wet they were going to get! I dare say there were plenty of warnings but............. Enjoyed the Duchess of Hamilton video and the York slide show I like the introduction although there are a lot of typos, but I realise that you are still in the construction stage. Overall I think it is very nicely presented, being clean and neat with plenty of scope for expansion. Well done Robert, keep up the hard work, I know just how much time goes into it!

Thanks Dag for the positive comments., they are very welcome. I have added a bit more today that I think may be of interest and you are so correct about the typos which I hope I have just corrected.
Yes.. it is easy to construct, basically drag and drop, no HTML to worry about. Reminds me in its simplest form of the days, weeks, months I used to spend configuring SCADA telemetry pages for a water treatment works. But thats another story. Thanks for watching some of the videos. Its pleasing some of the responces I am recieving from folk who find them helpful. To me, thats whats it all about. Robert

Robert ... Your doing great! I really enjoyed the diversity of the site and it was a pleasure browsing through it.
I don't have any criticism just encouragement to continue doing as you are and update it frequently.
What do you intend on doing with the remaining page that is blank? Any ideas yet?
... I will BTW ... be making paper pots in the future. I sat there watching, thinking what a good idea all the way around.

Whatever you do, Robert, don't scrape it! You are doing a great job and I have enjoyed looking at the various sections. I had some difficulty with the You Tubes videos, but then I often do for some odd reason. Sometimes they run smoothly, other times they keep having to load, like today. I finally managed to look at most of them, and enjoyed what I saw. The paper pots are a great idea, both for using up old newspapers and also for saving money on buying them. I only knew about and have used empty toilet paper rolls several times. The paper pots are good in that you could use a larger / wider tin for when you need to plant several seeds in one pot. I have docketed that info away - thanks for the tip. I thoroughly enjoyed the slideshow of York and it was interesting to see the picture that opened on the other side of the page as well. Is it possible to slow the pictures down a fraction though? They were opening up just a tad too quickly IMHO. Did you do the site for your son and d-i-l or just copied theirs over? I don't want to be rude, but I found the photos on the bottom confusing. At first I couldn't make out just exactly what I was seeing, but after looking several times, I realized that there were 3 pics, all joined up. I wonder if anyone else had this problem? Otherwise, it looks good and I wish them all the very best with their salon. Thanks for letting us have a preview of what you have done so far. Good Luck with it and I shall be looking forward to seeing how it progresses.

Hiya Robert. I think it has some 'class' to it and I love all the sections. I enjoyed seeing that beautiful gatekeeper table again which if I remember correctly you had ready for the Christmas turkey. I shall have a longer look when I have more time ... but an A+ from me.
Only one slight criticism (and please don't hit me she says as she ducks) is that there are two spelling mistakes in your opening sentence, vegetables and umbrella. I believe the verbal content should be as excellent as the visual. Also, unless I'm missing something, I see Gardeners Corner has a mention and not Mother Earth ....

Many thanks for all your comments. Much appreciated. Spelling....never was my strong subject, But thats no excuse. I shall attend to that ASAP Theres a space waiting for a link to Mother as well which I shall fix later. Got a few more ideas on the way forward, so watch this space as they say. I`m off to York this morning to see my Building Society manager to fix up the house and contents insurance. Bit of a bind but its got to be done.. Later guys robert
