This little bat seems to think the high peak on our front porch is an ideal resting place. My husband snapped these shots the other morning before the little mosquito eater left.

How unusual, and he must be very welcome I would think?

He (she?) would be more welcome if there was less bat poo on the front porch in the morning. We actually started leaving the porch light on. As much as I enjoy the bugs he eats, I dislike the dogs and kids tracking through his poo just before they come in the house.

;D Just what you need, poo on the front porch to welcome visitors! ;D Oh well, just have to take the rough with the smooth!

Nice pics Audra, we used to have bats under the back bedroom roof, Johnnie and I counted 124 one night as they came out and they used to leave poo all over the car ;D Alfie
