Mexican Hat Plant (Bryophyllum daigremontianum)An auntie in England had one of these plants for years and she gave me some of the weeny plantlets several times, but it never bloomed here, although new plantlets were always produced. These pictures were taken in Portugal recently. On the third one, you can see where the plantlets had been hanging, all around the edges of the leaves -

These are fascinating plants there's a couple in the college glasshouse although I've never seen one in flower =]

Kalanchoe daigremontiana I believe its called now, or is that the old name?
I had more plants of this than I really wanted a few years ago, it almost took over my greenhouse, but it is a very strange plant, if it could survive frost, I'm sure it would have taken over the world by now ;D
I did get a few washed out looking flowers on some of my plants, mainly in the winter. Nothing like the good colour of those in your pictures though Kedi, its actually quite impressive when grown like that.
