Lovely bit of colour for this time of the year! Gosh, is that all pollen in the last picture? What is the story behind the 'three healthy' part of the name?

What a beauty Jeanne, My late mother in law had a bright red one which took pride of place this time of year. Thanks for sharing

Gorgeous, Jeanne and just look at how the sun glistens on it in the second and third photos! I have a red and two dark pink ones blooming now but nowhere as prettily as yours. Probably because they are inside and yours is out in the garden.

Jeanne, fab. I have had one for 20 years, but it hardly ever flowers and when it does, there are about 5 on it :-(. Wonder if there is anything I can do to revive it a bit

JC - you must be sure not to turn it around or the buds will fall off. When you pick it up to dust, make sure you put it back down in the same direction.

Really! Thanks for the tip. Problem is, it's been moved from it's old location, when we moved. It is too big for it's pot so any tips on replanting?

My three have needed bigger pots for 5-6 years ;D, but they are still doing fine in the small pots. So I assume that they don't mind being pot-bound. This link seems to be good - hgic.clemson.edu/factsheets/HGIC1554.htm- and after reading it, I think mine must finally be repotted this coming year

Oh, about not moving / turning it.
When mine are setting buds or in bloom, then I keep them facing in the same direction.
After they have finished blooming, then I turn them around to prevent them just growing in the one direction and getting lop-sided.

Oh, that is beautiful. Mine is the exact same colour. Only it still is a baby which I pitched of a big one in August.
