One of the few flowers in bloom at the moment, this one over at the kids house -

I don't know if it from lack of strong sun or the low winter temps, but I've noticed that some flowers are not as deeply coloured as they usually are. This Hibiscus is one and the lovely Brugmansia in the kids garden is another, it being almost colourless compared to how it is in the summer.
