Wow, wouldn't Jim be in Seventh Heaven in there ..... I thought 'what excellent prices' ... until I saw it was for 100g .... what horrendous prices ...... Thanks for sharing the pics .... but a 'taster' would have been preferable ..... ;D

;D ;D
With such a choice and a beautiful display, I would think it must be near impossible to come out without buying anything?
Especially if you have been in there photographing their shop!...............wonder how sis got on? ;D

We went in there twice. The first time Peter got impatient with waiting as some of the customers were buying a bit of this, that and several other cheeses, and so we left. But not until I had taken several photos. ;D
After a stroll around the town and eating a portion of "frites" (chips/french fries), we went back to the shop, I took some more pics and we bought what we went in for in the first place. A lovely great hunk of "Brokkelkaas". It is a mature cheese with salt crystals in it, a bit crumbly, and tastes delicious. It is on the first pic, LHS on the bottom shelf with the cut open wheels. It was also in the window and that is what caught my eye.
Still have plenty of it and you are all welcome to come and taste it.
I thought the prices were OK, a lot cheaper than we would pay for anything similar here in Germany. The Brokkelkaas (Crumble cheese) was on sale for only €9.90/kilo, an excellent price for such a cheese. It, and some other cheeses had the prices in 500g, something we don't have here. It is either in kilo or 100g.
Yes, Jim would have been in Seventh Heaven, Sis. If anybody went in this shop just with the idea of buying a piece of cheese but no idea what, then it would have been a matter of hours..... ;D
DAG, now you didn't really think that I just went in to take some pics, did you???
