All you need are any amount of sweet tattie onion and carrot.

Softern onion first then Sweet tattie and carrot and veg stock and bring to boil then simmer .

When ready blitz and enjoy with nice crusty bread.

Sounds good, tasty and quick. Just the kind of recipe that I like. I shall try it when we get home to the cold weather.

Thankou KG when do you go home to the cold weather .Today we felt the cold winter chill after mild weather last week heavy rain and floods yesterday.

Seasons changing.

We are flying back on the 17th November, arrive home on the 18th.

Still very hot over here, so a hearty soup is not on our menu at the moment.
