11/2 cups black eyed peas, cooked and drained or you could buy tins of them. 1 cup rice, cooked 1 cup cooked chicken, finely chopped 1/4 cup celery, chopped 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon pepper dash hot sauce combine cooked black eyed peas, rice and chicken add remaining ingredients, blend well and pack into an oiled 51/2 cup ring mold refrigerate until set. unmold and spread with avacado topping Avacado Topping 1 avacado, mashed 1/2 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice blend all ingredients together until smooth spread over black-eyed pea ring mixture as though frosting a cake Enjoy !!! great for parties
