Today Arney decided to roast the only Butternut Squash that I grew in the garden this season, along with 9 other ingredients! ;D Here is a list of what went into it: Butternut Squash Aubergine Parsnip Leeks Carrots Courgette Yellow Pepper Tomatoes Apple Brocolli So just use up harvested veg./fruit as required. After roasting, a cheese sauce was added which had a good generous amount of Parmesan sprinkled over before finishing off under the grill: It was even more delicious than it looked! That does look delicious, DAG, and just the kind of meal that I love with that cheese topping. Great idea Arney, using all of those veggies.
