I recognize your balcony on some of them, but others appear to be taken in a garden. Perhaps Sam's when you visited her recently?
Those double begonias are beautiful and the petunia in the last picture is an unusual colour, I just love it. Lobelias are a great filler and give just about all planters/baskets the right dash of a strong colour if they are the deep blue ones, like in the photos. They are the ones I always go for when I buy them too.
