Robins are a rare site where I live. I was so excited ... taking a step closer and closer ... then my battery ran out!

Great shots, Jeannerene! He was obviously so busy enjoying his bath that he didn't notice you. Pity about the batteries running out but at least you managed to get these three pics.
All those poppies make a grand background.

Thanks SLB and Kedigato,
I don't know why Robins aren't around as much as when I was growing up, but I sure it is something to do with the environment. I miss them and do get very excited when one wanders in my direction.
