Another colour just about finished this one . When my Mum died got rid of what i wished I kept her button box . Did not think I would need or use and now that I have taken up crochet again find myself buying buttons.

Have never heard of neck cosies! Can't see me ever wearing one either.
Shame about the button box as buttons are so expensive to buy. I kept the ones from Mr K's mom and auntie, and I'm glad that I did, so is my d-i-l.
I strung the like buttons on a piece of yarn so now it is easy to see if there are enough of one kind.

I have started to knit again after a very long break from it. I need some warm tank tops for the allotment so decided to get started asap. I will spend evenings KNITTING.

Sorry, I just can't bear even thinking about wool, knitting, crocheting and NECK COSIES!!! OMG! in this 90°F heat, ugh, faint, sweat, jump under the cold shower or into the pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;D ;D ;D We must work harder at swapping some of our weather, Scotkat. When we get back to Germany in November, I'll be happy to look at and talk about your handiwork - not before!
