Not taken photo yet but my parsnips are well germianted and growing well although still small so well pleased .

Scotkat, i must put some pics of my parsnips they are quite big now. A lot of people dont like them but we love them roasted.

Yes oven roasted with honey,mustard and even use chilli at different tiems. Like parsnip soup and mashed parsnip and home made parsnip crisps very tasty. Would love to see your photo sTamerine. |

We are parsnip fans, too. I might try basting them with honey next time and adding a sprinkle of chilli.
