Lovely Lupin JC, I had them for two years., have the spray can ready for the green fly. Unfortunately these beautiful flowers attract green fly.

Its smothered now in some sort of green fly, only its not green - more white. At first I thought it was a fungus

How did I miss this? Sorry, JC. That is a beautiful lupin, you rarely see white ones. Quite an eye-catcher.
I wonder if the flies are the dreaded White Flies, you know, where you put up yellow stickers to catch them?

Eventually, we sprayed it, but, well its finished flowering. Though, a few thick storks are now on it
