If you're growing veg seedlings like toms, peppers,cucs,courgettes etc on a windowsill and you find that they all seem to bend towards the window then put some tin foil behind them and then the reflected light will make them grow better and more upright !!  |

Its a good tip i used to put foil in my seed trays as well and turn the pots daily.They soon get leggy on windowsills if they are not looked after..
