Believe or not, the answer is a) A Barn........... ;D ;D I thought you would all fall for that one, yes a lathe is a machine tool in our time but this was before the industrial revolution.....you should have thought of that, he he! On second thoughts they did have very simple wood turning lathes centuries ago. I also thought someone would think of a plaster lath, he he! Next object: CRATCH a) A rash contracted from pigs affecting lower legs in humans b) A stool for sitting on when clipping sheep c) Part of the construction in a wooden wheel barrow

I'm a shepherds daughter and can't imagine sitting down to clip sheep so I'm going for.....................b a stool to sit on when clipping sheep I'm sure I'll regret that ;D ;D
