had a great day out in durham city as you will see lovely pics of the cathedral down by the river it was lovely and warm:

It looks like a lovely place to visit and you took a lot of nice photos.

The second to last photo looks famiiar, Linda, didn't you paint it a couple of years ago, from a different perspective?

thanks kedi, i did paint it but it was from a post card i bought so i wanted my own pics and seen were the photographer got that pic from right by the river, have a few more to be put in similar to that one

You seem to have had a beautiful day for your trip Linda, and you have got some lovely photos.
It's many years since I visited Durham but remember it's a lovely place for a day out.
