Mikkel, I felt the same way as you, but about 4 years ago, as soon as I filled up my little pond for the first time, within a week there was a large frog in it who stayed for about a week. We got used to seeing him and I think he got used to seeing us. Then he crawled off while I was watering the lawn one day and I never saw him again.

Since then I have felt different about them.

Looking forward to seeing some pics taken with your new camera, mikkel.

Hopefully some frogs, but they will soon be going into hibernation if it continues to get cooler. Having said that, it was quite warm and sunny over our way today and I saw lots of little frogs in the garden. They were the ones from this years spawn so think they will remain in our garden this winter, then move on next year, returning as adults to spawn in their home pond.

Much to my regret, this computer will Not allow me to use the new camera to upload photographs, so I have another two plans to try and one is via the laptop of the Bramley Line I have here and will connect to the Internet hopefully tomorrow and then post them on here. I tried taking the disc from the new camera and placing it in the older camera, but it just showed up as FILE ERROR on the screen.

Mikkel I understand why you have posted here, but to try and answer your query I have copied your post over to the new computer section. :)

The first frogs of the year have arrived. They were down on the lower patio and couldn't get back up, so after taking some pics, I put them into the pond.
